    Points to take into Consideration
    Maximum Dosage:
    It depends on concrete content, area of use and type of implementation.
    Recommendations of Kemerli Metal:
    The floor should be gently levelled and required contractions should be performed against the cracks, breaks and deformations possible to arise on concrete floors.
    Wires should not be used as primary component in any case.
    Water/cement ratio should not exceed 0.45.
    Concrete slump should be at least 12cm (Depending on dosage and wire type, it can be reduced).
    Hose diameter should be at least 1.5 fold of the wire length during the pumping.
    Possible problems with processability of concrete should be solved by adding super plasticiser concrete additives instead of increasing water ratio.
    While casting ready-mixed concrete, it should be laid by contracting edges and legs by bottle vibrator and surfaces by vibration gauges.
    Surface hardeners should be used against possible abrasions and dusting on the industrial ground concrete surfaces.
    Surface treatment is performed by helicopter finishing machine. Moreover, the surface is cured and thus vaporization of setting water of concrete is prevented.
    PS: The bags are not water soluble.
    Mixing in Concrete Plant - 5 minutes
    Along With Aggregates;
    Wires are poured onto aggregate and sand and mixed.
    Cement, water and other additives are added to the mixture.
    It is mixed until obtaining a homogenous mixture.
    On Ready-Mixed Concrete;
    Wires are added to ready-mixed concrete in the concrete plant
    Wires are mixed with the rate of 1 minute/m3. It should be mixed for at most 5 minutes.
    Water/cement ratio should not exceed 0.45.
    Concrete slump should be at least 12cm (Depending on dosage and wire type, it can be reduced).

    Mixing in Transit Mixer - 5 minutes
    Along With Aggregates;
    Aggregates and wires are put into transit mixer and mixed therein.
    Cement, water and other additives are added to the mixture.
    It is mixed until obtaining a homogenous mixture (at least 5 minutes)
    On Ready-Mixed Concrete in The Transit Mixer;
    Drum of mixer is rotated at a high speed (Rotation speed should be at least 12 rpm).
    Wires are mixed into the concrete with the rate of 40 kg/minute.
    Mixer shall be operated for at least 5 more minutes following addition of all wires.
